• You are responsible for meeting your tax obligations arising from investments made through RONAK MANSUKHLAL SHAH
• You must not share your folio number, account details, or transaction history with unauthorized persons

10. Commission Disclosure

RONAK MANSUKHLAL SHAH receives trailing commission from AMCs on Regular Plan Mutual Fund investments. This commission is part of the Base Expense Ratio (BER) and is not an additional charge to investors.

• The exact commission earned by RONAK MANSUKHLAL SHAH on your investments is visible in your Consolidated Account Statement (CAS)
• RONAK MANSUKHLAL SHAH does not receive any non-cash benefits, gifts, or incentives from any AMC
• All recommendations are based on investor suitability — never on commission rates

• Involves fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities

Termination does not affect your existing investment positions, which remain with the respective AMCs independent of RONAK MANSUKHLAL SHAH.
